I started as a personal trainer in 2003. Within 12 months I became the Step into Life Cheltenham franchisee. Step into Life is easily the best decision I have ever made. Outdoors in the fresh air - cold or warm is always invigorating and fun. We use some equipment - its plenty enough to create variety. Equipment doesnt achieve results - people do.
Step into Life has a periodised program which gives members an incredible amount of physical stimulation which helps them achieve their desired results. More than half of Cheltenham members have been training for over 4 years - obviously it keeps their bodies in shape and keeps them focused on their health and fitness – having fun along the way!
I love to work closely with members, creating a trusting and open relationship where we connect with each other. We have an environment that is supportive and inspiring. I care about my members, they care about me and they care about each other. Its an incredibly positive environment to be in.
